RENTAL REGULATIONS

The Regulations and the Agreement define the terms and conditions of reservation and rental of apartments being the subject of rental by Rentoom Apartamenty Sp. z o.o. (the Lessor), ul. Stanisława Szymańskiego 1B, 87-100 Toruń, NIP: 879-27-27-407, KRS: 0000871532 to the Lessee.

  1. Making a reservation or renting accommodation is equivalent to reading and accepting the provisions of the Regulations and the Agreement.
  2. The court competent to settle disputes will be the competent Court in Toruń.
  3. The Lessor reserves the right to refuse to accept a Guest who: does not have a valid identity document (i.e., ID card or passport) or refuses to present a document, is under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances, or violated the provisions of the Regulations during a previous stay.
  4. The Lessor reserves the right to immediately terminate the agreement with a Guest who violates the Rental Regulations, without the right to a refund of the reservation fee. The Guest will be obliged to immediately leave the premises.
  5. The hotel day lasts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 AM the following day.
  6. On the day of departure, the Lessee is obliged to hand over the apartment by 11:00 AM, otherwise a fee equal to the next commenced day + 50% will be charged.
  7. Smoking in the apartments is strictly forbidden. For violating the smoking ban inside the apartment, the Lessee is obliged to pay an additional fee of 500 PLN (five hundred).
  8. It is forbidden to use electrical appliances that are not part of the apartment's equipment and pose a fire hazard.
  9. The Lessee is obliged to immediately inform the Lessor about any damages or malfunctions of the apartment's equipment.
  10. Pets are accepted only with the consent of the Lessor. The pet fee is 50 PLN for the entire stay.
  11. Quiet hours apply in the rented apartment from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Unregistered persons may visit only until 11:00 PM.
  12. Organizing social parties in the apartment is strictly prohibited. For organizing a social party, the Lessee will pay the Lessor an additional fee of 5,000 PLN + additional losses incurred by the Lessor. The Lessee is responsible for all damages to the rented apartment as well as the building. The Lessee is responsible for all damages resulting from the behavior of third parties staying with them in the apartment – invited to the apartment/building by this person. In the event of an intervention by the Police or City Guard, the Lessor will charge the Lessee an additional fee of 500 PLN (five hundred zlotys).
  13. The number of people staying overnight in the apartment may not exceed the number specified during the reservation. Identifying irregularities in this regard results in an additional fee of 200 PLN for each unregistered person for each night of stay.
  14. Guests are obliged to properly secure the apartment, i.e., to carefully close all entrance doors and windows before each departure from the apartment and to keep keys/codes/remotes without the possibility of access by unauthorized persons.
  15. The Lessor is not responsible for damaged or lost valuables left in the apartment.
  16. In the event of loss/damage to the apartment key or garage remote control, a fee of 200 PLN is charged per item.
  17. Final cleaning is included in the price of the stay. However, the Guest is obliged to leave washed dishes and used appliances behind. These activities are not the essence of final cleaning.
  18. Any additional cleaning at the special request of the Lessor is payable according to the service fee. The price includes the replacement of bed linen and towels.
  19. Utilities provided by the Lessor are included in the price of the stay.
  1. The Lessee is financially responsible for all damages / theft occurring in the apartment during the stay.
  2. Please inform us immediately if there is any misunderstanding or if you are not satisfied with our services. We will make every effort to thoroughly investigate the problem and resolve it.
  3. The Lessor may collect a deposit of up to 1,000 PLN for reservations, refundable up to five working days after check-out.
  4. The Lessor is entitled each time to claim compensation exceeding the value of additional fees.
  5. The Lessee has the right to file a complaint about the service. Complaints should be submitted by email to: reklamacje@rentoom.pl or by registered letter to the correspondence address. A response will be provided within 14 days of its delivery.
